Some of my friends are supposed to take the test. I got an email from a friend of mine a few days ago, and she seemed pretty 2) nervous of facing the
exam. I know how it feels. I can recall the last time when I took the pre-first grade of the test. Being judged by someone is not a pleasant experience all the time, even if we allow ourselves the chance to see how far we've gotten with our studies.
I'm sure my friends' efforts will bear
any time soon. As long as we keep walking, 3) we'll be close to our own goals
1) spectate ... 「観戦する」の意味。これイイ。使おう。
2) nervous about her ... nervous of という表現は避けたほうがいいのかな？？？
3) our goals will grow ever nearer
