I've been watching a TV drama for the past three months, and I've never missed its single episode yet. "Descendant of the Sun" will be a block buster among Korean TV drama geeks, in my opinion. It is basically a love story, but at the same time it shows a beauty of carrying through a conviction. What's more, the leading actor performed pretty well as he had done. Because of his attractive acting, I was totally, absolutely, passionately into the story. I enjoyed every single spisode so far, however, it took a while to recognize HIS amaging singing voice in the drama. It was a bit surprising. The Korean singer, K.Will, was one of my favorite artists and I listened to his songs a lot. K. Will is a gifted singer with beautiful voice and impeccable singing technique. He used to appear in a Korean leanguage learning magazine published in Japan, but I rarely heard his voice after the monthly journal was discontinued. Now he's come back with this great song "Talk Love," the drama looks more appealing!
Here is the song for you.
Sad to say, the drama came to an end last night. I'm sure that the drama will show up with Japanese subtitles soon, but how long will it take? Until then, I'm going to follow the drama from the very first episode with Korean sound and English subtitles.
It's wonderful to have something appealing in my life. Korean TV dramas make me laugh, cry, and slightly sentimental. And of course, they are great textbooks for me to learn Korean.
